I have try to give that to them but because the official over there were corrupt I never meet the Director then. this was in 2009. We need something else. not just education. education is 30% only.

I have said it before and I will say it again. The scheme has outlived it usefulness. Dissolve it! Let them learn to find jobs to do even in their undergraduate/training programmes. These will teach them how to set up small businesses for themselves, rather than always looking up to the central government to employ them. The Act should be reviewed and revoked. It is no more necessary. It only breeds lazy graduates.

The man can't manage the scheme how much more find you JOBs. Look at the salaries of the District Directors compared to that of the Boss and you will understand the corruption wont stop now.
