    INEFFECTIVE LAWS without modus operandi/methods of applying the laws left out for effective implimentation makes them/parliament waste-paper basket. LEGALO-POLITICAL SCIENCE EDUCATION IS LACKING if not the SIXTH SENSE.

    They are there to serve the interest of the people. Irrespective of the decisions they make today, tomorrow and beyond it will be geared towards sustainable development.

    I wonder what the Yeah, Yeah NDC butchers and tailors in parliament understand about the content of the bills. No wonder every bill passes on the whims and caprices of one or two people.
