  In a true responsible twenty-first century banking sector supervision, the Governor and Head of Banking Supervision of the Bank of Ghana would have been fired and/or even dragged to court for negligence of duty.
  
  Where is the President and the Finance Minister? They all have to bow their f-u-c-k-i-n-g heads in SHAME for their irresponsibility which directly and indirectly led to the point of customers and shareholders losing their investments.
