So assuming Zanetor is not registered. What if she registers in the next registration exercise before the elections in Nov? Does that still disqualify her?

We are sending the message to NDC that the Volta region is full of people with wisdom and as the Amenfi by-election showed with reduced votes for NDC, so shall it be in the Volta region. We want to be known as the region that makes government like Central, Greater Accra, Western, Brong Ahafo and Northern. We refuse to be the world bank for NDC.
