Mr. Abugre, for your information, in order to attract especially foreign Investors to come and invest in Ghana, there are certain basic necessity that must exist in the country, good roads, power supply and most importantly healthy drinkable water. Unfortunately, our country, under Mahama's administration has been ushered into such a deplorable situation infrastructure wise that it will be hard for the country to attract creditable and internationally respected foreign investors to venture investing in Ghana since the country lacks the basic necessity. There is no uninterrupted flow of water, compounded by 'Dumsor'. In addition, the condition of our roads especially the secondary ones that connect to main arteries can best be described as not roadworthy. Consequently, the deplorable infrastructure condition will definitely give cause to future would be investors to think seriously before making a decision as to whether to invest or not to invest in Ghana.
Mr. Abugre, you don't have to bury your head in the sand and pretend as if the deplorable infrastructure conditions do not exist. I think you'll do the country a great favor if you can get Mahama and his administration to improve the infrastructure debacle first before it delves for reputable, capital oriented and internationally standing investors to come and invest in Ghana. In short, I think your planned Int. Trade Fair at Tamale was not carefully weighted in terms of pros(viability) and cons(failure), and believe it was irrational decision and unnecessary waste of our nation's scarce resource.
