kotoko players must lift metal and ride exercise bike 30min before and after games. they must focus on 3 touches only. the club gm must keep players for at least 3 yrs before sellign them. thats how u can guarantee team cohesions and success....the libyan clubs have done the same. any club that is successful has to do do this.there are no shortcuts to success. u can sell players after every season and expect to do well.
