I have always stated that our leaders in Ghana has a lot to learn from Kwabena's experience. If half the number of our Ministers can develop strategies and set goals then go on to face the challenge then I can believe my country becoming a wonderful place. He needs to write a book on the strategies he set to achieve this great feat so our future leaders can learn from. If I were the president I will establish a school of managing electrical engineering, energy, and power in his name.

I can tell you for a fact that Dr. Donkor was forced to resign because of political expediency. ie it was indented to save their (NDC) face from shame because of the negative impact of the untold hardships the dumsor brought to the good people of Ghana. You mark my words, he will be called back (though not in the same capacity) to serve in the NDC government should they win the 2016 elections.
