Ghanaians need to rise above tribal politics and vote competent people in office.
There are tried and tested individuals in Ghana who has succeeded in their rights.
How on earth can people like Asiedu Nketia ,anyidaho,Ablakwa be involve in Ghana politics.
Ghana is so blessed but blind citizens coupled with clueless politicians who still lives in the 20th century is the bane of our woes.

The police expect the worse during this year's election because they know that the EC is not going to be fair but favour the NDC . If the EC would be fair, there will be no cause for alarm. Because the EC from the word go are not going to be transparent and be a listening institution people are going to take the law into their own hands to ensure the right thing is done. This is going to be a tough time for the police. Because people are vehemently going to challenge imposters and also ensure everything is done publicly by the EC during and immediately after the polls. This challenge will result in confrontation between members of the parties. In fact the Police are justified to expect the worse because the EC appear to be too secretive and diabolical

If elections can be so tensed to the extent of citizens wanting to flee the country and return afterwards, then we need to rethink how to choose our leaders. Those who introduced democracy understand the game better than we do, that's why their elections passes without people noticing. Must we always sit on time bomb because of elections? I believe we deserve better and the earlier we realized what our politicians are doing to us, not for us, the better.

How professional was the police during elections in Talensi. With the whole Interior Minister's presence, the Police in full presence, the Army in full glare, with armour vehicles and the fullest complement of defence weapons, a group appears, shoots and scatters people, and nobody...nobody was arrested. What is the guarantee of impartial enforcement?

Read Chris Atim's 1983 letter of resignation from the PNDC to see how Rawlings and Kojo Tsikata used tribalism to get rid of Northerners who led the coup that removed their own brother Hilla Liman from office. Chris was one of the original seven members of the PNDC. Search "Chris Atim's resignation letter" at www.modernghana.com
You'll discover that the clever art of practising tribalism while accusing others of tribalism is an old tradition of
the (P)NDC.

Police PRO, you are only blowing your nose especially about events to happen. The year 2000 election could repeat itsself when the Military men of Ghana positioned themselves to protect that election which brought NPP to power. Any attempt by the castle police to rigg the election for NDC would spark the WAR 2016 so caution your men and be incharge if you say soo. We civil servants in Ghana are ready to change the Government of NDC in 2016 elections.
