You comment shows how shallow your thinking brain is cos for eight years after kuffour there has been massive infustructure development in the country, like houses being built,businesses,road construction,oil and gas,population growth all but pressure on power generation. If Rawlings and Kuffour and Mill had done their part the way this present government had tackle this problem things would,nt have been this dire.
Dumsor is coming to an end and believe jobs will be coming back and this scare the the he'll out of NPP so find another theme of bloated contracts and incorruptible and all kind of silly petty stuff to blind voter,it will not work. He has to coordinate with the departments concerned. He came into solve the dumsor problems so if there is something that will cause dumsor to persist,he has to see to it being solved. All that the Ghanaian needs is a non-interrupted 24-hour power supply. So Dr.Donkor shouldn't try to defend himself by telling us the difference between load-shedding and power outages. They are all dumsor.
