Some of you are so ignorant to the extent that you fail to understand the fact that the military is a completely different organ of the nation. Everything you call for demonstration, law suits and independent investigation. Do you really understand the military? Do you know how their structures work? The military has in itself an independent investigative body they within their ranks to conduct any investigation they want based on their structures. No outside committee of investigation can just jump in the military to investigate something that happened in the army. That is call security!
If the act involved the military say brutalizing a civilian or committing any act outside of its confines then your stupid request can be one of the suggestions.
You sit down and sleep soundly at home everyday and does not know what the military does to give you that peace, and you wake up to suggest something that compromises the security of the nation. With all these stupidity coming from political parties, you want their agents to investigate what they know nothing about? Get some lessons before spewing trash!

Join the army, police force, all die be die, fool soldiers, buy and sell, church, bosom etc are all better jobs. The jungle is a lions den, don't go there. Our neighbors have always respected the territorial sovereignty of the country. Our neighbors don't threaten us so why do we spend millions of dollars on this corrupt institutions. Much of the woes of this country can be attributed to the army. Twice, in 1971 and 1981 the army violently overthrew a constitutionally elected government. Ghana is the only country in the world where soldiers persistently provide security at civilian public places like soccer match at a stadium. Is Ghana constantly in a state of emergency whereby the protection of the military is needed? Ghanaian soldiers are notoriously known for brutalizing and intimidating innocent civilian. We also have a primitive culture of using the title of ex military officers. For example it is not uncommon in Ghana to refer to a retired military officer as "Captain X", "Colonel Z" . These are lower ranked military officers so what kind of bullshit is going?

Military training all over the world is not a child's play where every Tom, Dick and Harry want to be part. It politicians will not all the system to work properly, then we should expect these to happen. GAF should not consider the good looks of a goat and allow the gods to kill it. It the can't withstand the training which has even become lighter, then the door shown to them is the best. Why then should GAF have this inscription at the entrance of the training center that "hard on the training ground, easy on the battle field".

They determined who should be recruited meanwhile they did not know the procedures for recruiting into the security services. The military is a noble and discipline institution and will not allow any room for indiscipline. The military is not civil organisations and there is a reason for giving their members tough training from the beginning. Politicians please take your hands off security services and allow them to go by the rules. I commend the military high for taking this bold decision and I pray that other security services will take a cue from that. Kudos to the military high command.

What is happening to our beloved country Ghana.
Army recruits demonstrating, not because of inadequate rations, inappropriate clothing and or tools, we can't even talk about accommodation here let alone physical training. What did they think the army is? A circus, picnic or a recreational enterprise. The army is none of these, the army trains men and women to become soldiers, to endure strenuous physical activity, to endure sleepless nights so as to be able to defend the nation when the need arises, conflicts come out of nowhere and soldiers must be ready and prepared to mobilise at any given moment, night or day.
This is what brings about the question of morals and ethics, where is our sense of responsibility, the self discipline. This tells us that our educational system is gone to the dogs, instead of coming out of school as disciplined citizens our children come out of school as rouges, no self control, no manners and no respect so therefore no discipline, no need to talk about morals at all, the teacher is thinking about how to supplement his or her merge remuneration. How do we expect to have dedicated citizens.
Let us awaken our minds and think progressive. Ghana is for all of us not a few who are bent on making Ghana ungovernable in the future. Ghanaman Yenhwe Maonsei.

Why then do you deceive them that they will be called after the investigation when you know very well that they have been sacked? Scared of the truth? Now Military, Police, Immigration etc. enlistments are done secretly. What is happening is that NDC is using secret enlistment to recruit NDC foot soldiers and their relatives into the security services for them to do NDC bid during the 2016 election. It is good that this incident has come out to expose NDC. The question is when was those recruits enlisted, if they are just some few months in the training centre? Oh! NDC because you always have bad motives of doing things that is why you sacked properly well regionally balanced enlisted recruits when you took power. NDC hasn't got any good thing for Ghana. Vote them out.

I blame this on protocol list .The army is not for anybody so they should refrain from bringing people who have not undergone medical examination to determine thier fitness to join GAF and create problems for willing and fit ...
