Creating a seperate ministry to put an end to dumsor is itself barmy and an unnecessary drain on the economy considering the fact that lack of funds to buy fuel is the cause of dumsor....only a buffoon prez will do this

The President should see to it that this promise should be carried through if this promise is not materialized. Nowhere in the world where a responsible Cabinet Minister would stand before his fellow citizens GIVE A PROMISE and fail to honour it and still holds on to his public office. ONLY IN GHANA UNDER hopeless and shameless PRESIDENT MAHAMA'S ADMINISTRATION would this happen. This minister should pack with his equally bogus advisers and leave office at once.
