The freight and handling quoted is only to the port. There is always additional transport and storage cost since a ship load of oil will not directly go to the barge. It must be received and stored before it could be deliver ... read full comment

Now, there is a Green Book out there (GB) telling a magnificent story to the contrary. This threw their lies into the forecourt against the truth for judgement before all and sundry. Now, since they have nothing left to tell the citizenry they then decided to tell yet more lies that all the projects achieved so far under this administration are mostly bloated in an attempt to pauperise the progress chalked thus far.
Such is their funny story abound now. One should only ask as to how an incompetent government suddenly becomes an administration with projects flourishing under her belt? The story of these shameless Kukurudu lots is a renowned one from the embers of "Yen Ara Asaase Ni," Kwame Nkrumah's Ghana and must be told extensively to the kids growing up.

This is why I suggested in my posting that it is irresponsible to include thermal energy generation in the country's energy mix. It is very expensive to generate power this way since there will continuous varying cost of operation due to fuel to run such plants (either through natural gas or oil).
NDC has no intelligent people among them and in my opinion the party should never be allowed to run the country any more.
