  Love the speaker's statement; Can't we think, can't we anticipate? why is everything an emergency? Like he said that's what management is all about. Ability to plan, anticipate, etc. With all this glaring evidence of I won't say incompetency but corruption (bcos i don't think they don't know what to do and believe you me they won't run their private businesses like this) people still see nothing wrong with this heartless administration.

  I'm afraid to differ. It isn't bad management per se. It's a deliberate way to avoid competitive bidding to inflate contract prices for fat kick-backs!

  A big problem we have is our partisan stance. In our recent history, a President was alleged by the Chairman of his Party that he was overseeing and disbursing kick-back at the seat of Government. Did we hear these voices condemning it?
  
  Kindly note that I'm not condoning it now. It is reprehensible at any time, so let's call a spade by its right name every time!
