Madam,most Ghanaians will lift their thumbs up for you if you inspire and encourage Mr.President to fully equip our hospitals, both in personnel and resources so that most deaths could be prevented for people to live and take care of their kids.who knows if these orphans don't even benefit that much from the lot that you send to them. We also need jobs to enable us be each other's keeper. Think about these and more and inspire your husband to work on them to improve the lives of we the ordinary Ghanaians.
