There once was this man called Blay who owned a bar out in the middle of nowhere. Not too many people came to his bar, so the man was trying to think of a good gimmick to get people to come. It so happened he was watching T.V. at the time and there was a circus. As the elephants went by, he remembered reading somewhere that elephants don't laugh.

As luck and joke-telling would have it, there was a circus performing nearby. He went down to the circus and inquired about buying an elephant. It just so happened that there was an elderly elephant bull that the circus was planning to retire. After agreeing on a price, the man bought the elephant and took it back to a barn behind his bar.

The man put a large jar on the bar with a sign reading: "Make the elephant laugh and win $5,000. $5.00 a shot." Well, a lot of people thought they could make the elephant laugh and soon the jar was overflowing with money.

Then one night a Arthur Kennedy with walked in and said to the bar owner, "I hear you will give anyone who can make the elephant laugh $5,000?" "That's right," said the bar owner. "He's out back. Show me the $5 and go give it a whirl."

The man went out back. After about five minutes, the bar patrons heard tremendous, deep, thundering laughter coming from behind the bar. Everyone in the bar raced back to see what was going on. When they got there, the elephant was LAUGHING!!! The bar owner couldn't believe his eyes. But, a bet was a bet after all. He paid the stranger who had made the elephant laugh the $5,000.

Time passed. A few weeks later the elephant was still laughing. The bar owner could not stand it any more so he put a sign on the bar reading: "Make the elephant cry and win $5,000. $5.00 a shot."

Again, a lot of people tried and tried, but they could not get the elephant to stop laughing. But then, one night Arthur Kennedy who had started the elephant laughing in the first place walked in. Upon seeing the sign, he inquired if anybody had had any luck in stopping the elephant from laughing. Seeing as no one had, he handed the bar owner $5, and once more went back behind the bar to see the elephant.

In less than a minute, a wail of grief cascaded over the bar. All the patrons ran out to see what was up this time. The elephant had huge tears running down his cheeks. Once again a bet was a bet and the bar owner paid the man. But before the man could leave, the bar owner just had to ask how the man had gotten the elephant to laugh and then to cry.

"Easy." said the thin man, "When I first went back there, I told him my dick was bigger than his. This time, I just proved it."

I don't know when and where insulting an individual is a form expressing an opinion.
There's no point anybody in the elephant family should try to waste time and resources on this man who is out of control.
The only way is to ignore and isolate him and he has anything like party membership card be withdrawn and nullified.
Why should any rational person pay attention to a person who keeps attacking and insulting somebody without any retaliation or response and yet continue to do it?Is such person simply not mad or lunatic?
Please NPP leave this Arthur Kennedy to carry on with his attacks and shallow comments for his heart and mind are not in the party.

You are flushing them out of the party and most likely some of these people and their families and friends would not give the party their votes. Tolerance is the keyword, and this the party should have known.

These are sad moments for Democracy in Ghana. We can imagine what will happen in Ghana if power slips into the hands of such a gang of leaders.
Can you imagine a state in which nobody can speak against decisions taken by the Executive and by Parliament. That is dictatorship for you NPP style.
When transposed to state level, opposers to decisions taken by State Institutions will not be suspended indefinitely, but will be put to eternal rest (ie eliminated)
