Why can't these "experts" team up with Akoloso to create and roll out a viable marketing and sponsorship program for Hearts of Oaks? Come on, stop wasting time on scapegoating and get to work. The board of directors of Accra Hearts of Oaks should show some vision and leadership here!!! This is not about Joe Addo.
