We are under economic shackles all because of NDC incompetent and corrupt government. We had eight years of NPP government and times were certainly better for us than we have found ourselves in under the seven years of GYEEDA,SUBAH,SADA,NSS and least of all Woyome stealling from us a whopping fifty one million.
The NDC and its head corruptible Mahama must give way to the NPP.
At least if I am poor but the sacrifice is giving all children in Ghana some free education then my sacrifice is worth it.
We have nothing to call home and tell mama about in the sad state of Ghana economy. Give us a break Mr.Mahama and your incompetent NDC.

Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Managing editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt has said Kwbena Agyepong and Paul Afoko risk losing their seats as General Secretary and Chairman if Nana Akufo-Addo is elected flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

He said actions by some members of the party indicate that both of them – especially the General Secretary Kwabena Agyepong are not needed as leaders of the party and that they risk being relegated to the background during the 2016 elections if Nana Akufo Addo wins the primaries.

Speaking on Radio Gold’s ‘Alhaji Alhaji’ programme he said “the days of Kwabena Agyepong and Paul Afoko are numbered if Nana Addo wins the primaries. They should think deeply about their future. There is a deliberate action to sideline them from the 2016 general election because anytime he says something concerning the party, someone from the party will come and say another thing to contradict what he has said”.

He mentioned comments made by former General Secretary of the party, Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie claiming that the two executives are mismanaging affairs of the party as just an example of how unpopular they both are within the party.

First, he claims Dr. Bawumia is churning out old data and recycled information in a partisan manner to as it were, discredit the NDC gov't and this, in the estimation of Akwasi Pratt will destroy Dr. Bawumia.
The question Akwasi Pratt should rather be asking is, has the data changed on which Dr. Bawumia bases his arguments on as the to direction this country is headed under the clueless John Mahama NDC gov't changed? Has the information and conditions underpinning the collapsed state of this country as a result of the unmitigated incompetence and wanton acts of corruption and thievery changed in the country?
We don't want to believe Akwasi Pratt is suggesting Dr. Bawumia the brilliant Economist should be conjuring data and figures and all kinds of numbers from the skies, as has been the case of John Mahama and his gov't and has been the track record of the NDC gov't's in our 4th Republic.
This cooking of figures and data which Akwasi Pratt is now suggesting Dr. Bawumia should be engaging in, during the Rawlings gov't triggered a financial cost to this country when Ghana sought interventions from the Bretton Woods institution during the NDC 1 administration. At the time, the current Vice President and the running mate of John Dramani Mahama who Ghanaians including their own NDC party are totally convinced are completely incompetent was the Dep. Minister of Finance and Economic planning.
Just recently when John Dramani Mahama sought for a bailout package from the IMF through Seth Terkper, the Minister of Finance, this conduct of the NDC party and gov't of cooking figures and data and conjuring numbers in a voodoo-like manner was exposed at the IMF.
If we were to grade such conduct ie the cooking of figures and data for partisanship, the John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't of the past and presently, has an infamous unbelievable and disgusting record score of 100% and that is most reckless and irresponsible, considering the impact of such, on the governance and development of any country.
It is quite telling Akwasi Pratt does not find it very disconcerting and uncomfortable this type of conduct which is the mainstay of the John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't, but rather depressingly, thinks and believes the esteemed and brilliant Economist Alhaji Dr. Bawumia should much rather irresponsibly, be conjuring, cooking and fiddling with numbers to achieve a certain end.
If for nothing at all, it is the NPP and Dr. Bawumia's insightful and in-depth analysis of the data from the John Mahama NDC gov't-led institutions that has forced the Mahama NDC administration to revisit their data not once but severally, to force and compel the highly clueless and incompetent Mahama NDC gov't to bring their methodology, data and figures within the right spectrum of correctness, credibility and truthfulness.
That has been Dr. Bawumia and NPP's impact on the management of data and it's credibility in the development and governance of this country.
It can therefore not be the case, Akwasi Pratt is of the considered opinion the NPP and the esteemed economist Dr. Bawumia should be adopting the John Dramani Mahama NDC propagandist approach of the "goat is cow" methodology in truthful and credible data management. That would be the height of unabashedly irresponsible conduct of which the NPP party and Dr. Bawumia would be very much averse to doing and the record speaks for itself.
Pratt, Akwasi should tell the John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't to stop the reckless and irresponsible conduct of cooking and conjuring all kinds of data and figures in their propagandist approach to governance and development because it has cost Ghana horrendously.
And to speak to the issues of Transparency International's report on the perception of corruption, the perception of corruption under the John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't is the new reality. Since 2009 when the Mills-Mahama-Amissah Arthur NDC administration took over the reins of governance, there is literally a very long list of corrupt practices leading to the loss of taxpayer funds and contributing to the current retrogressed and collapsed state of the economy of this country. The Auditor's General report, the PIAC report, Public Accounts committee of Parliament reports etc, etc have caches and caches of documented acts of financial malfeasance and rot bordering on the corrupt under this John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't, for which nothing meaningfully has been and is being done about it, and Ghanaians are witnesses to these events. The sheer quantum of resources so lost as a result of this nightmarish and monumental scale of corruption and looting under the John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't, is enough to form the GDP of another country. So the reality is corruption under the John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't is never a perception, it is the reality and for Akwasi Pratt to indirectly rubbish the report of the state of corruption in Ghana within the context of the African continent as captured in the report as mere perception, is being quite economical and reserved about the very facts as Ghanaians know and see it, because the corruption of the John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't just as Ghanaians are keenly aware of it's incompetence, is in there, and when it is in there, it is not going anywhere, because it is in there, deeply embedded in the creative policies of the Mahama NDC gov't to loot the taxpayer.
Akwasi Pratt cannot runaway from it and the John Dramani Mahama NDc gov't cannot and dare not runaway from it, because it is there, it is in there and Ghanaians are very clear in their mind, the John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't will leave office, for it's inability and incapability to fight not the perception of corruption, but the huge, blunt reality of everything corrupt, which has become institutionalized as a creative policy of the John Mahama NDC gov't. There is no way the John Dramani Mahama NDC gov't is staying in office after 2016, because just as Nigerians resolved that the corruption in their country was enough, Ghanaians are also very emphatic that enough is enough of the John Dramani Mahama NDC corruption already.

At this juncture it is of great importance that this persuation by our man Pratt should also be accepted by all, since this non partisan politics is a sine qua non to every nation's development.

It had been my wish and desire that Bawumia should be advised to comment on our national economic situation from the angle of facts and not on twisted facts with the mere aim of scoring political point through foolishness which is always detrimental to peoples' knowledge of their nation.

I always believe that being intelligent and loaded with degrees and certificates, but lacking the basic understanding of life in relation to peoples' welfare could easily lead one into deceiving the minds of the people he presents himself to as an intelligent and educated fellow.

I see Bawumia falling victim to this primitive and village oriented mentality and thus had driven him into satisying the NPP tribal and political mindedness of creating tension through village type of litigation to hinder the progress of Ghana unknowingly.

In that party , one has to prove he can talk even though he or she is only blowing hot air.
