  Ghana as a nation has a of propping up grandiose plans and systems and code name them the cure of all evil, but we also know these plans and systems do not operate in isolation - they are only effective in tandem with human oversight. If the humans providing the oversight is corrupt and there is no deterrent in our legal system, or the government of the day shields these corrupt elements provide the oversight, then we as a country can never be further ahead.
  
  All the fuss about plugging the holes of revenue leakage at our ports with state of the art technology amounted to absolutely nothing. All because our governments do not have the balls to crack the whip of malfeasance at our ports. As my grandfather would say, so did we go or did we come!
