Jerry Rawlings sent PV Obeng home for the same gargantuan corruption when he "chopped" the money allocated for the construction of the , now, George Bush Highway. Remember just before he was moved to the Energy Ministry, The Ghanaian Chronicle had published a report in which GNPC (or Ghana) was alleged to have lost millions of dollars in futures Tsatsu has bought in Europe without the approval of the Board of GNPC. Then there was the decision of Tsatsu Tsikata, just around the same time, to divert GNPC monies to Ms Cotton of Atlanta to produce rice, I mean RICE. The energy problems we face today can be traced to Tsikata's stupidy in diverting GNPC money to MS Cotton of Atlanta to produce rice. Tsatsu Tsikata was jailed in Ghana and Cotton was jailed in Atlanta by a US court. This is the man that deserves end-of-service benefits in millions of dollars. For what Service?
