WTF is wrong with Ghanaian elites, unimaginative black inferiority complex addled imbeciles, on their knees worshipping under Kwesibroni's genitalia!! Any hysteria that hits the America they adopt!! Is the bureaucracy so incompetent that government must hire a profit making entity to manage its facilities??!! There is no way that a private profit making entity can undertake normal day to day core government business cheaper than public servants!! PERIOD END OF STORY!! This has been amply demonstrated by the 100-300% increase in costs and attendant corruption incurred by the U.S government since it commenced contracting out core government functions 32 years ago!!! This stupidity & corruption is everywhere in Ghana where private profit making entities are awarded rich essentially no bid contracts to administer core government function!! GHANAIANS WAKE THE HELL UP!!

It should be a question of whether they are being worked on. Am rather worried that immediately these facilities have be installed, they have broken down. That is my worry.

IN MOST DEVELOPED NATIONS, TWO YEARS IS THE MINIMUM FOR WARRANTY ON CONTRACTS ESPECIALLY CONSTRUCTION JOBS. IT IS A FACT THAT CONTRACTORS WISH TO CUT CORNERS TO MAXIMISE THEIR PROFITS AS A RESULT PROJECTS START TO DETERIORATE IMMEDIATELY THEY ARE COMPLETED. PARLIAMENT MUST SCRUTINISE PROJECTS IRRESPECTIVE OF POLITICAL AFFILIATIONS IF GHANA IS TO PROGRESS.

Part of the contract terms . This will be done by contractor at no cost to gov so we should chill. We talk too much in ghana -mostly on pure ignorance.
