As a first time offender, this is sentence is pure insanity and reckless. as a judge, you cant let true criminals walk away and turn around to pile their sentences on petty thieves. Is this justice?

No form of Armed Robbery is a petty crime. The accused could have murdered the complainant if he had resisted. It serves him right.

This is justice in the eyes of the lord. Cosider even women who are raped during armed robbery. I ma in full of praises for the judge. If it was in the part of Nigeria where they have the Sharia law, he would have had his hand choppes off, killed or sentenced to life life in prison.

i was at d scene when the incident occured that guy is not guilty as he said some stones are being left unturned. D informant who reported 2d police should be interogated he knows d truth.
