Obama did not change Joe Bidden. Veep Kwesi Arthur resents the Central region which is a SWING region. Let nobody mess up with the GOOD people of central region. NDC need to win and send Akuffo Addo on PENSION.

Such a person is not overambitious and would not want to fall victim to ethnic stupidity that politicians in Ghana allow themselves to be dragged into. He can have a very big position not only in NDC but in Ghana politics in general.
