    This is not necessary. Everyone knew they are NDC members when they were elected as MMDCEs. NPP ALWAYS WANT TO FIND FAULT WITH NDC APPOINTEES.

    Mr S. K. Boafo's submission makes legal and moral sense. The local government administrations must act on this suggestion otherwise they would be considered complicity in the anomaly.

    By the rules of democracy,they only have to resign when the next new parliament resumes.
