Ghana needs to put the foreign exchange import and export system back in place. If you export gold the fire exchange needs to go to Ghana not Mahama personal account. If we ship oil the proceeds should go to The Republic of Ghana not Oil ministers personal av could in Dubai . Unless the systems are reconnected all the proceeds from export and imports will continue to flowin to individuals accounts. Note the ministers are getting rich but the Republic of Ghana is getting very or with this state of the current lack of system .
