    PAA,you appear to be very naive, the govt has the responsibility to ensure that its people are healthy by providing the resources for proper sanitation
    Municipal and districts govt must facilitate these basic human needs

    You are right ! The Ghanaian attitude to sanitation and hygiene is poor and must change. Washing hands after defecating is not the work of the government.
