Rebutting the minister’s presentation on the bond in a Citi News interview, however, Dr Bawumia was shocked the former was not saddened government had secured the bond at 10.75 percent.

You are going to be paying 10.75 percent. When you should be crying, you are rather saying you have done very well and it shows a fundamental lack of understanding. It is a very bad deal for the country. 8 percent above US treasuries, compared to 3.8 percent above US treasuries when we [NPP] did the 2007 budget so that area is really a sad area of mismanagement. Then you look at the debt stock that this is accumulating.”
“This debt stock will reach $99 billion by the end of this year. The interest of this debt alone is going to be 6 times Ghana’s oil revenue,” he argued.

After the undemocratic nomination and fictitious endorsement, he then slept in bed with the EC and Atugubah to steal the verdict of Ghanaians and become president fraudulently.
Mahama is not only leading the most corrupt government in the history of Ghana, he himself is very corrupt and rotten to the core. Ghanaians will surly get rid of him in 2016 even if he is still in bed with the EC. This prediction is no news because oppositions parties do not win elections. Rather, it's governments that lose elections. Despite the internal conflict in NPP, public anger and disappointment from dumsor and the consequent poor economic performance are good reasons for the electorate to want a change in government. Though it's too early to conclude that Mahama will lose 2016 the election, the signs are not good.

Nothing is certain when there is such a long time to reverse the trend. While this UK-based Economist Intelligence Unit is boldly predicting a win for the NPP in the 2016 the elections, on the other hand, it is hedging its bet by stating that that result is not a forgone conclusion. So is the NDC going to lose or what? The factors this organizations cited as contributing to an NDC lose do not actually come to play in the Ghanaian context. Ghanaians do not vote their pocketbook,meaning that they vote along tribal lines and not on economic issues. Based on previous voting patterns, the electoral map does not look good for the NPP. The NPP will carry the akan tribal areas and these are the ashanti and eastern regions. The rest of the regions will go to the NDC. With all the available data, this organization, failed to accurately predict the winner in the UK elections. Given the limited data on the voting patterns in Ghana, I am skeptical with this organization's ability to accurately predict the results in Ghana. To show how ill-informed the EIU is, they have predicted that Greater Accra will vote overwhelmingly for the NPP, given the NDC's mishandling of the recent Accra floods. This would be the case if this were to happen in the West, but given the enmity between the Gas and the Ashantis, there's no way they vote to the NPP in power.
