    This type of slavery is not accepted is in modern society. If you buy a brand new car and you never put gas in it the car will be rendered disabled. Players salaries has to be handled by a different entity with a separate ban ...

    How can u attract good players with this type of management ??? Togbe is reputed to be among the 10 richest men in GH. Now I doubt it. He is a regular guy making noise to attract attention
