Mind you, some of the indicted judges sat on the NPP vs NDC voter fraud debacle and were supportive of Mahama.

Ajet, Dery and Co. who have put Amidu on this journey should take it easy, and rather seek a plea bargain by revealing how much they collected from Mahama in the case of Ajet, to release Woyome and in other cases.
This Tiger Eye doesn't exist and so the videos don't exist business is not going to loosen the hangman's noose. It will rather get tighter the way I see it.

If we analyze how President Rawlings who always talk about corruption in the country asking that we treat the findings against the judiciary with caution,it shows some top Ghanaians also have doubts about the credibility of these tapes and here we are Mr Amidu is revealing the secrets behind the tape.

You guys must know that in some civilized country it is a serious issue if not illegal for a section of government to team up against the other branch of government to secretly tape them because that branch of government did not work in the interest of the other party.

Having said that, the question that really needs to be answered is, why is it that institutions such as the CID, the BNI etc, etc which are supposed to be independent statutory institutions, emphasis on independent institutions, who should necessarily lead in such efforts of uncovering such acts of malfeasance and stinking rot, were not the ones to uncover such egregious conduct?
That should rather tickle your fancy and prompt you to begin to ask hard questions about our institutions, instead of questioning the authenticity of a private investigative limited liability company, which has stepped into that space, and it's investigative work is even recognized by the current US President.
Martin Amidu has not supported anything he has said with any evidence although he is another respected anti-corruption crusader, except to say, in his opinion "ltd" should have been on any correspondence involving Tiger Eye PI and it's absence makes it a fraudulent company. It cannot be a very grounded argument that will even be made by a JSS student, if you ask me.

The reason for the insistence that Ltd be added where relevant to a company name is to indicate clearly to the second Party in a commercial transaction, that the first Party's liability does not extend beyond its shares and assets.

The investigation by Tiger Eye PI was not a commercial transaction and as far as I can make out, Lawyer Bentum is not saying that the bribe taking caught on film will not have happened if the judges knew that Anas was working for a limited company!

Lawyer Amidu, for whom I still have the deepest of respect as a patriot, should not allow his name to be associated with these crooked judges, in a sterile debate about commercial niceties when the substantive question being asked is why they took bribes to let crooks and criminals go free.

Who are those twenty and why was he silent until Amidu raised the issues? Anas said he took similar videos of parliament and the state house, where are they? The video on some judges were distorted, who distorted them? All these can only be due to the fact that he was bribed by the president or the president funded him which KWAKU baako said is not true. This selective justice amounts to corruption at the highest level. Much as we all hailed Anas for exposing the corruption, we also need answers to these questions. He is not holier than thou.
