Shut the fuck up, Amidu. Who are you protecting? Are you not happy that somebody has been able to unearth corruption in the judiciary, whether by fair or foul means? Anytime the judiciary is accused of corruption, they say it is only a perception and that whoever has evidence must bring it. Now the evidence is starring you in the face and you are barking like a dog with rabies, accusing the one who has been able to remove the "perception" from the equation and bringing the corruption to the fore.

You are making a big mockery of yourself and all the good works that you have done are evaporating before your eyes.

As a journalist in a democracy, the tools used to uncover corruption and bad deeds in democracies in the northern hemisphere include hidden cameras: Reference the expose on fixing of matches in cricket involving some Pakistani players; "Cash for questions" in the UK recently was uncovered by hidden cameras used by journalist.

What we must guard against with our lives is people like Amidu and other lawyers trying to muzzle the ability of journalist to expose the rot in high places. WE MUST GUARD THIS WITH OUR LIVES. Any well meaning Ghanaian should fight against this attempt by Amidu to silence the only weapon available to the public to expose the corruption in high places.

You are not happy to know that many of your judges who are supposed to keep the murders and thieves in prison for your own safety are themselves corrupt.

Look at your ministers and the parliamentarians. They are simply a bench of thieves and illiterates.

They are only interested in becoming rich for the good of themselves and families. It is time you stand up for the good of Ghana instead of playing your foolish politics.

Your Country is sinking and you are not happy that someone has risked his life to expose some of the people in Ghana who contribute to the nations economic decline.

In fact, though he (Amidu) is right in some of the fact he holds against Anas, I believe there's a better way to handle this than the fury apparently depicted in his scripts and presentations, and it's having me worried.

Yes, what you have said concerning the exposed judges is what we all cherished, and what we all ought to be doing, and that's the most important. In a country crawling with so many its citizens who are just bent on evil, details like registration if a company etc., is very minute compared to the huge work Anas has done in favor of the corruption in the country.

It would be unfair, on the other hand, if Anas has withheld videos concerning parliament. I understood long ago some of the videos were edited before being given to some of the judges, which shock one of the judges when he found out the one he was given was different to the one in possession of Anas himself.

(3) For the illegal transaction to target the other two arms of government is a breach of the constitution, whether they are corrupt or not.
(4) For Anas to expose the content of the video to Mahama to edit before exposing is called Selective justice and can only be done by a corrupt president. (You remember Watergate in the US?)
(5) We were told the parliamentarians and the state house were also videoed, where are those videos? The Judges should also insist on watching those videos because their arm of governance have been breached.
The whole story needs international independent investigation. The consequences ranged from fines, imprisonment and impeachment. A lesson to Anas, you don't follow mahama and still keep your credibility. Just look back and see any credible man that associated with mahama and still remained credible. Cynthia, we know he has salient points, now that is it known the whole investigation instigated by Mills wasn't carried out the way it was intended, but we understand, according to Anas, that the parliamentary videos to which Amidu has been referring as not having been exposed is not exactly what we thought, like a thorough investigation like it happened with the judges. This said, Amidu himseld admitted he subscribed totally to the investigation by Anas and the uncovering of the corruption of the judges. Now taking for granted that all that matter at this time to Ghanaians is addressing the endemic corruption, Amidu could address Anas concerning the registration of his company in a much more subtle way than let his anger against Mahama take the better of him. I don't see that collaborating with the president to reveal corruption in the judiciary makes Anas a corrupt figure the way Amidu has been saying it these two days.

It is on record Amidu is very much against Mahama's handling of NDC and I must say, I agree with him because Mahama is very corrupt, alongside most of those in government with him. Haven't you head JJ Rawlings say 60 percent of those in NDC government are corrupt? If you're corrupt, then what authority do you have to get a private investigator to investigage others when you're shielding those who work with you as president of the republic?

If for any reason you are aggrieved with loosing your position as a minister as well as company among your own political party fellows, there are way to get back into the system. Too much talking and popping your nose into many security issues will erode the reputation you made for yourself some time back with regards to the Woyome scandal. Please with all opposition political parties together, NDC is still the majority according to the 2012 elections. So learn to keep your mouth shut and stop the persistent anger towards the NDC.

However, for mahama (whom some people believe is the most corrupt among the 27 million Ghanaians) to interfere in this, either Mahama paid a bribe to Anas or he contributed to the project. These are the only two ways; both of which are not good for Anas integrity for how long he and kwaku Baako shouts. Many different people in the world visit this platform daily, including the UN , the Bretton Woods Institutions, and political leaders and many!!!and one will be amazed. What problem do you have with Anas? Do you mean he has done something very bad by bravely taken us through this anti corruption battle? Where do you stand as a person who desires to gain much attention in national issues?

Sometimes some of your arguments and stands make you appear a mere attention seeker. It also portrays you as a kind of redundant intellectual who dashes out occasionally to stir waters.

We need to develop our countries on the African continent, and Ghana is one of them. Others are going far ahead of us, we are far behind. Corruption, shallow thinking so called politicians, stupid parliamentarians, arrogant and selfish ministers, civil and public servants, corrupt judiciary and naive citizens are the stock in trade of our nations.

So if you wake up and you have an idea to share make sure you have tangible, innovative, a revolutionary idea that will help change our circumstances and move us forward. Don't be an agent of destructive crusaders.

I have been one of the admirers of Martin Amidu. The manner and timing of his insertion himself into this drama regarding The scandal in the judiciary is very troubling. It does not matter how old or young Ana happens to be. Martin Amidu has eroded his tremendous goodwill by his participation in this drama. His allusion to Tiger PI Limited versus Tiger PI smacks of the fatuous uninformed arguments made by someone called Kpegah a while ago regarding getting the name of Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo. It demeans the intellect if the person making the argument. The issue at hand is whether the judiciary in Ghana is corrupt. The answer is, and gas always been "Yes". Every other argument is tangential and in unbecoming. Ghana is evolving Oligarchs and becoming a Mafia State with various bit players spread throughout the system acting as the "Dons" of this unholy system. We should not be in the mood to argue legal technicalities. When the Daily Graphic publishes their paper, they do not put "Limited" as part of their title. Same is true for GBC and all other media organisations. We have to remember the unseemly conspiracy of the top echelon of the National Service Scheme stealing millions of tax payer money in a brazen theft. We now hear of scandal at DVLA with many millions stolen. Then let's not for the Woyome scandal and GYEEDA and SADA and others. If the judges involved had refused to give in to Anas' demand, and the judges reported him, that would have a different discussion now. There would have been praises all over Ghana about their actions: that they refused to be bribed. Remember the late Justice Abban, and Unigov referendum? But Anas' work did not find a Justice Abban. And Mr. Amidu you see Anas as criminal? Let us also assume that he was not planted on the judges/Justices by the Govt, but he did that by himself as citizen of Ghana who suspects that those judges are taking bribes to influence their. Again following the earlier scenario. Had they refused the bribes and reported Anas, today we will be honoring Abbans, and Anas will be locked up. But none of these happened. The judges took the money and the goats, and Mr Amidu you call Anas' action criminal? What a logic! We need more Anas's from the BNI, the Police, and all citizens. If we as citizens habe been bold to expose bribery and corruption, for sure, there will be no Dumsor.
