Lets presume the government commissioned the investigation, what it revealed will shock any Ghanaian (and non-Ghanaians who have an interest in Ghana). To the contrary what the investigation revealed has confirmed the suspicions on former President Mills: that the judiciary is corrupt. You cannot hide what was revealed by Anas with this flimsy excuse, that the investigation was commissioned by the government. I will commend the government if indeed they commissioned the investigation, because what it revealed should cause every right thinking Ghanaian to reflect on whether the judiciary, as it stands today serves our interest?

For a long time Ghanaians have suspected some of our judges are corrupt but what Anas revealed depicts a department that is so steeped in corruption we have to fundamentally reform the institution to bring it up to serve us better. If the government commissioned this investigation then I will commend them but I will want to see a fundamental change in the way justice is dispensed in our High Courts. We should be seriously thinking of using the jury system or increasing to the number of judges in our high courts to 3 with one been a layman. Anyone who has seen or read what Anas uncovered and is not worried about the ability of our current judicial system to dispense justice is burying their head in the sand.

We need a fundamental change in the way our courts are run. Kofi Wayo once said: A corrupt judge is more dangerous that a thousand armed robbers, and Anas has proved him right.

Anas, who has done a marvelous job for all of us, should sit back and take some useful tutorials from Amidu, a far more experienced attorney, who has already gotten both feet wet!
Let me end by reminding all and sundry that, Amidu is just trying to steer Anas onto the right path; so his yeoman`s work does not go to waste.

That of the judiciary alone has not seen the light of the day why are we rushing to put all in one basket to confuse the public.
Is Amidu worried because his friends lawyers are exposed and for that matter the rest must also come out quickly? If we want to uproot corruption it is not going to be with a speed of a jet fighter.

Is it John Mahama, Martin Amidu or who? Who is trying to stampede who? It is coming very soon at the appointed time, and Ghana will be shocked to the marrow at the level of dangerous thievery and corruption of the Mahama NDC gov't and it's majority in parliament. It will be very, very revealing.
The hint-just follow the money trail like a hound that has picked up on a scent and follow it wherever it leads. Just an example-the fish landing sites promised by this NDC gov't from 2009 to 2016. Where did the money go and where did it come from and who has it?
The John Mahama NDC gov't has really, really collapsed Ghana on the back of the thievery and corruption and it is very, very bad. They must go and go fast.
