    As soon as any manager of state, starts expecting help from these slave foriegn institutions, I know he is going to fail.
    Lets invest some of the money we've looted from ourselves.

    With about 30 banks operating in the country, what will be the use of another bank. Forget that it will be a bank to be use for development. That will only exist in name but not in operation.
