We are talking of primaries where people are buying delegates to pill off the experienced ones, money is talking where the biggest bidder gets it but not the peoples choice. We need people like him and the E.T Mensah's but not these babies with sharp teeth after all Fiifi Kwettey with all his loud campaign of going to shut down the npp in parliament what did he do? I do understand that Bagbin is one of the experienced MPs in parliament but it doesn't mean that he didn't also start as novice mp when he was first elected, What about if nature calls on him? I think the people of his constituency should decide based on his achievements. I think the young talents should be given the chance and opportunity to also contribute their quaota as they represent the future. I think the Hon Osei call is selfish and greedy and shows how our African politicians don't like to relinquish power once they taste it. Do you want to tell me former president Rawlings should have still be in power once he is the longest serving president with a lot of experience? I think change is good in every human development.

The type of parliamentary system we operate here can never see what you propose happen,but should've been the ideal thing to do.The whip system prevents parliamentarians from speaking the truth for fear of not getting appointment or victimized by his or her party or another person is sponsored to remove you through primaries.So this re rough edges in parliamentary democracy and the surest way is to develop measures that ll stop this practice,the kind of sabotage that goes on our politics would live us many year behind time as a nation,the people must be educated to know that parliamentarians don't do developments but lawmakers but in your efforts to out do each other,promise all kinds of projects only to find yourselves wanting if the party you represent fails to win power.You also pass laws without reference to the people this laws affect,like if a department tables a particular law for consideration,parliament must make sure that all stakeholders in that industry re engaged in an open forum consensus reached before the law is pass but most of the time it's done through the back door and its implementation becomes problematic.The Ghana police ve just embark on arrest and extort money mission on DP & DV number plates provided by the DVLA,if they think it's not right for people to use this plates they should stop the DVLA from issuing thousands of this plates annually to garages and the general public,you can not imagine how much money the DVLA make on this number plates not only that some staff engaged in duplication of the it to make money privately and the BNI is aware.In the past two weeks police ve arrested not less than 800 vehicles in Accra alone and taking bribes and charging just a few wrongly to court and finding them fees ranging from gh400,00 to Gh 1,200,00.Now police on night patrols only hunt for DV & DP number plates instead of arm robbers,so we fear the police at day and night as car dealers than even arm robbers at night.

Parliament is now a big business so he should just spare us his sermon. Oh I remember he's the one who strongly supported giving the contract in parliament to Chinese instead of Ghanaians.
