  The issue of Small Arms proliferation problem will manifest seriously after 20 yrs. Even though the Small Arms commission are doing something about it, the danger awaits us. Some years back a cash reward of Ghs 3000 was released for any weapon possessor who surrenders his weapon. Surprisingly it took 4 months to get one volunteer. we have future intentions with our guns I can assure u.

  There is also another part of how conflicts are brewed, ignited and fueled.
  The majority of them are brewed on lies like the Libyan and Syrian conflicts and it is women journalists who are used as the cannon folders. It is a fact that women and children suffer from wars, but men are the targets of wars, instigated mainly by women who tell lies like the women who screened the Hugo Chavez videos in 2002, those CNN and Aldezera journalist who told the lies about a woman rapped by Syrian soldiers,
  another murdered by Iranian soldiers and the mass rape of woman by Libyan soldiers which was acted and screened around the world. It is also women who said that the right to universal adult suffrage should not be the basis of resolving political conflicts in Ukraine, Syria, Iran and other places and call people to arms. I have been writing that the people in the Avu Basin in the Volta Region have spears in every home but they do not use it to kill each other because no one has brewed killing, when killing is brewed people will go for it with their spears, just as when NATO brewed wars people take up their arms to drink it. It looks like all weapons of labour are at the same time weapons that can be used to take the life of people, including even the saw. But why is it that there is peace even at Kumasi Anloga where there are many carpenters using saws and hammers. It is because no one with evil mind has prompted them to use their weapons of labour as weapons of war. There are knives, forks and spoons in every home. They are used for preparing food and as well taking in food, but at the same time they are weapons of mass murder. They remain weapons of peace and eating because every household has accepted it as such. So it is when the terrorist understand that their AK 47 is not meant for killing their fellow citizens, but to prevent the enemy from outside who want to destroy their country by telling them on whom to turn their weapon. Let everyone use small arms to protect peace and territorial integrity of his country and let us all use the ballot to resolve internal disputes.
