    that is the place where all administrative services are now provided. Now government appointees do not have power to implement anything. You have to go to mahama himself like the nurses did.

    How can the nation pay light bills for all the schools in Ghana.?Be realistic and tell me where this can happen. The government gives grants and that should be supplemented by the schools.
