  These ritualist works for the people in government that is why the police is trying to protect them. Watch they will come and say the blood is that of an animal. Instead of them conducting DNA test to compare if any of the blood samples will match that of the previous victims or their families. They know how to get a clear evidence to establish a case to prove these murderers are guilty but will protect them for the governments interest.

  The police shouldn't use the burned of the shrine as an excuse to tell the public that it is difficult to gather information. Before you become a police officer they take you through various trainings: if there are no objects to prosecute them you look for other available evidence, for example, they must be questioned why they disappear of late, what is the purpose of their which seems not to be transparent to the people of the activities.
