It's quite unfortunate the statement reported to have been made by a mgt memeber of the club. Where in the world of business is petty cash used in paying for huge funds like player puchase. Petty cash like it sound is used for daily transaction to keep businesses running. I just pray this person who spoke to the reporter isn't a Mgt member as captured in the report.
