Most of our local tribal chiefs are corrupt and Mahama realizes that and so buys them at the expense of their peoples well-being.
Mahama a calculated crook posing as a gentleman. ever since he looted our coffers to win the elections of 2012 Ghana has never been the same.

I couldn't agree more with you. This Mahama govt is too corrupt to allow transparency. This idiot prof says ghana's transparency is 83%? What rubbish. Why then is he urging govt to enhance transparency.
