    Perhaps this policy might help reduce poverty levels.
    Might help alleviate and empower the women to make considerable contributions in development....poverty reduction strategy at it's core.

    Ghana fishermen must be taxed in every country in the world fishermen are taxed. And stop allowing Chinese fishermen use our ocean.

    UNITED GHANA.....

    This policy was "poached" when the "Beautification of Accra" was implemented.... Jamestown was to be the hub.
    A "Poverty Reduction "document was presented to support the HIPIC application.

    How are you oing to store fish with the perennial Dumsor. Solve Dumsor then start getting other things in place.

    This makes it imperative that "dumsor" is solved..
    Fisher wives can add value to the produce and
    fish feed made available to poultry,cattle;and pig farmers.
