Where monies, a cup of salt, a cup of rice or floor mat are traded for votes, in case you do not know this is primaries where only party delegates elect representatives. Therefore, stop squawking like bird and play the same game as your opponents. Crying on your father’s shoulder to use or barrow his credentials through keep fit rallies will not help you at all.

Check the history, the first batch of teachers trained for the JSS system came out in 1978 after three years of training. The system was conceived in the early seventies, which led to the 3 year Post Secondary Teachers Specialization.

The system was well conceived (research it) but poorly implemented.
