    The fantasy of the local hero coming to save the day is just not going to happen. In a majority of cases the player has to prove themselves abroad before coming back.

    In the last world cup we conceded the fastest goal. In our first game, within a minute we were a goal down. This coach has been carefully selected to correct such things.

    Avram Grant has to get himself involved in what is going on in the premier league and attend games at least that will bring out the quality and talent of the players and they will also be discipline.

    I did say Avaram Gant would be bad for Ghana football but because the FA wanted a 'big name' they went for him. Grant has never been a good coach. he got the Chelsea job because of his friendship with the Chelsea boss
