All lecturers must submit 6 times ,the questions of each paper. If candidates are supposed to answer 6 questions in a paper,let the leturer submit 36 questions to the academic board. The board then select 6 out of the lot and print them out to conduct the exams without the lecturer knowing the selected questions.
2. Immediately after the paper,all the booklets go straight into the board room/conference room. A board member goes through all the papers and record the index numbers of candidates who leaves blank pages with the mind of going to see the lecturer in his/her bungalow to finish up with already cooked answers from the leturer.
3. No examination paper goes into the electurers bungalow;the board should insitute a conference marking and should allow any lecturer to take any paper home.Some lecturers would definite come out with reasons of delay and they can work in the nights to finish fast. Do not allow that.
They take money from nthe students and ask them to come home and write,the reason why some of the students would leave blank pages.
3.The only option for them is to give all the 36 questions to those who can pay and/or have sex with them. For 36 questions it should be given to them early enough for them to learn. If they give these out,even one week before the paper,i can assure you that the questions will leak and board can start their investigations.
4. The students too will try and outsmart the lecturers but contributing for one person to go for the questions for all of them to share; they will pay less in this case. Fewer people means fewer monies to the lecturers. They will then consider the small amount vis-a-vis the risk of being caught. No one will tell them to stop.
5. Harsh punishment must await the culprits without mercy: a jail term and consfication of the lecturer's certificate for good. For the students, ban them for good in our tertiary instutions before we do not need leaders who start with cheating. Do not entertain,they will change,and for that matter just give them a suspension for 2 or 3 years , NO, send them out outright and should not be accepted in any of our tertiary institutions both public ones and private ones.

Can you imagine a medical school student sleeping with lecturers to get her way through to become a medical doctor? someone paying bribes to become a medical doctor? What do you expect our hospitals and clinics-deaths and deaths and deaths. Look at the locally made drugs,no matter how much attention you pay and making sure you take the drugs according to the directions of the physician or the pharmacists,yet nothing happens after taken the course. there has been situations where pharmacists reject the drugs prescribed by the physicians.(I always go for the option of the pharmacists. come to think of it,why should the medical officer prescribe drugs to patients? i think its wrong). The bottom line is they kill people every day because they are never sure of what they do because they do not know.

It said over and over again that, education is the key to success but in our case,it is the opposite, simply because our so called graduates are paper holding graduates who just passed through the universities education without the university education passing through them.

Give speeches for the good it proposes and not just to make a speech to be heard. This comments are unfortunate and narrow thinking approach and it is very disheartening there are coming from a highly positioned person in the establishment.

This insidious act not only demoralises the many concerned students but also deprives brighter students who dutifully refuse to commit themselves to such damned disgraceful attitudes, of greater things in future life. They are made to suffer indignant academic failure with nothing to show for their hard work college studies. Such male and female lecturers found in Ghana Universities must be reported to their College Heads of Institutions with subsequent dismissal. In the end Ghana as a country loses for not achieving the best class of college graduates.

Don't they really claim to be the most educated? Infact it's greed and hatred for non-ewes behind their hegemony in all various institutions. They are rather unfair for heavily discriminating against Akans and others in all spheres of Ghanaian society be it education (admissions), work opportunities, etc... Isn't this ewe ''dominance'' obvious when you go to NHIS, Law school? Immigration? Customs? Very sickening if you ask me and it's something we ought to stop in order to avoid ethnic discrimination.

That advise should go to your lecturers. Parents bring their wards to the institution in the good faith that the you and your lecturers will give them the knowledge and guidance as in loco parentis. Instead some of your lecturers like a fox among the chickens, pounce on these young adults before giving them undeserving grades.

Admonish your lecturers and colleagues who do so because it is a criminal offence for a tutor in an educational institution to take undue advantage of a ward entrusted to the care of the institution. Any ward should come to no harm, be exploited or be made to engage in any immoral activity even if they initiate it.
