How can you all glorify foolishness and punish justice. If you are a poultry farmer and saw a crow among your chicken will you eliminate it or kill all your chicken together with the crow?
Would you relocate if you found a mouse in your room?
Would you throw away your expensive clothes because ice cream stains?
Would you cut your leg because your grand child defecated on you?
Jesus told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared.
“The owner’s servants came to him and said, ‘Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?’
“‘An enemy did this,’ he replied.
“The servants asked him, ‘Do you want us to go and pull them up?’
“‘No,’ he answered, ‘because while you are pulling the weeds, you may uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.’”
Jesus did not tell his disciples relinquish the farm and cultivate a new one but he will need experts (Harvesters) to uproot the bad weeds from the good crop.
What can we compare this reckless Danquah Busia Dombo generation? It will be well for them if they change their mind else it will be better for Sodom and Gomorrah than for them to push their ill will on the people. They have never in their lives said the truth nor demonstrated maturity. They always portray silliness, low self esteemed and endemic mental slavery. What is so worrying is that they don’t mind destroying others because they want power. Attacking and distracting leaders without sound alternative is not only sickening but also portrays gross immaturity and emptiness

If you are a poultry farmer and saw a crow among your chicken will you eliminate it or kill all your chicken together with the crow?
Would you relocate if you found a mouse in your room?
Would you throw away your expensive clothes because of ice cream stains?
Would you cut your leg because your grand child defecated on you? Now listen to the scriptures………

Jesus reply to his disciples was very simple. The owner of the farm did not tell his servants to relinquish the farm and cultivate a new one, neither did he tell them to go ahead to uproot the bad weeds from the soil. He however cautioned that this requires experts (Harvesters) to uproot the bad weeds from the good crop to avoid loss.
What can we compare this reckless Danquah Busia Dombo generation? It will be well for them if they change their mindset and live a life of truth else it will be better for Sodom and Gomorrah than for them to push their ill will on the people. They have never in their lives said the truth nor demonstrated maturity. They always portray silliness, low self esteemed and endemic mental slavery. About sarcasm? Do not give him credit he does not deserve! Was this not the same individual, who was canvassing for the summary expulsion of two prominent and hardworking Executives - Paul Afoko and Kwabena Agyepong- from his own party, the NPP, simply on the basis of a meaningless 'Agenda 2020' allegation?
Again, only a couple of days ago, was he not on radio telling the entire nation that his party, will go to 'War' if the EC refuses to be stampeded into doing the bidding of the NPP`s LMVC front organization?
Look, if this political sycophant wants to be taken seriously, he should stop squacking, and make a bold pronouncement, similar to that of Prof. Adei. That singular act, would, without doubt, get him hauled before Parliament`s Privileges C`ttee where he can proceed to give the MPs a lecture on the "tenets of Democracy"!
Since he now enjoys access to a media platform free of charge, he should quit the pretense, and show us his mettle.
I watched his encounter with Akosa, and another ne involving that budding politician, Felix Ofosu Kwaakye, and I must say, he did not look too good in the end!
And if the initial 'friendly fire', unleashed by even his own party members is anything to go by, then he
will be well advised to go in 'fortified' for the barrage he would encounter from the likes of Bagbin, Muntaka, etc.

Don't quote the scriptures when you don't understand a word of it. The parable was about the end times when each person will stand before the judgement bar of God to be judged. Politics is different. The politicians are first citizens and second politicians and there is no law in our constitution that gives them immunity from punishment when their actions fall foul of the law. We as responsible citizens cannot wait till the end of time to judge them because politics is the business of the Nation that affect the way we live on a day to day basis.

Of what business has an ordinary Ghanaian have to be in a parliamentary sub-committee meeting? I don't know why people will honor such invitation. I believe that if an ordinary person who is not a government official makes a protected Free speech, and if parliamentarians feels it affects them, their recourse should be the High Court, since they think they're above lower courts. By the way why do they parliamentarians want to play the Ostritch and deny the obvious? The earlier or sooner they change their ways and becomes serious the better for them and the country.

Well said Proff and if it’s not true that some MPS take bribes why would such a very high profile MP like Albert Bagbin remark that some MPS are corrupt? The MPS are using the privileges committee to scare and intimidate people and to feel comfortable whilst continuing their corrupt deeds and practices in the dark, I think this stand by some MPS are very unethical, unacceptable, unprofessional and this behavior must be condemned by all.
In the UK when issues arose that that some MPS were fiddling with their accounts, this was reported by the various dailies, it was immediately taken up by the met police, it was thoroughly investigated and some MPS who were found culpable were made to refund, their ill-gotten wealth, went to prison for a number of months and were removed by their respective parties and even made to apologies to the public why not Ghanaians MPS are they far and over above the law? We must not breed tin gods? Something is wrong somewhere, just look or consider the case of the corrupt judges had it not been reported there was no way it would have come out, so MPS must working the frame work of the constitution to promote and make sure that they are the first to upheld honesty, transparency, and integrity and not to put fear into us, I think sooner or later they too would be found out one day by Anas.

I totally agree with what the professor is saying (although there are too many quack professors in the country including MPs). These politicians and Mps claim to be champions of democracy and rule of law, and yet in Ghana and Africa as a whole an MP is above the law of the land. If you as an MP believes strongly that you are not corrupt then why intimate anyone? Ghanaians are not fools. We have seen it all. Young MPs being either in Govt or the other side want to earn $1,000,000.00 within 12 months after being elected. Why waste our time with your threats? Kick them out!

Dr. Amoako Baah may want to seek same with the teaching profession that has held the power to flunk students over the heads of students over the years? Would the hypocritical Dr. Amoako Baah not flunk a student who challenges his infantile political outbursts with new ideas and go against his grain of thinking?
Is it not also true that some of our college and university professors choose to flunk student work if they, the professors, are unfamiliar with student topic and work? I do also know most of the professors in Ghana would rather give failing grades to students who dared to write about topics lacking in existing literature reviews where professors can look up standards of measure and comparative analysis made easy even when a student’s topic of discussion/dissertation or thesis reflects a new breed of thinking and foresight. So before you, Dr. Amoako Baah go off the rails to seek fleeting attention, I suggest you clean up your own house; we know our politics is weak and corrupt but what Ghana’s college and university students cannot afford is grades for sale.

Don't they know not to throw stones at people when they live in glass houses? If they continue to dare Ghanaians, everyone should volunteer information about their experiences with these crooks as evidence of the crooked ways.
The crooks are the ones shouting the loudest and attacking the integrity of the learned professor for daring to speak the truth about their crooked ways. Crooks and thieves!

Zambian President Edgar Lungu wants his people to pray for the kwacha on a national day of devotion and fasting on Sunday to reverse a decline in the world’s worst currency and fix a litany of problems from plunging copper prices to electricity shortages.
All bars, nightclubs and entertainment venues have been instructed by the government to shut on the day, while the Football Association of Zambia has canceled domestic games. Church leaders are rallying their members to heed the president’s call in a nation where more than 80% of the 15 million population are Christian.
