I don't understand why gh can't create a sovereign wealth fund like Norway has and use oil and natural resource revenue to support the national? These leaders are monkeys! Why can't ecowas or african union create an african infrastructure fund just like the aiib and Chinese infrastructure fund. Each nations puts in some money and borrows against.it for infrastructure or.development purposes. That way the interest is really invested back on the continent and you don't have to go to world Bank or imf or Asia for fucking loans. Idiot!
