    With these two policies to underpin the 40 year plan then efforts would be useless and baseless because there is no underpinning support to strength the reason behind the 40 year plan.

    I don't see any individual, company or government making 40 year strategic plans. Whatever happened to the so-called Vision 2020.

    Why 40 year's? Let set a short term goal's first ,then we set a long terms. Even 4 years we have nothing to show for.

    one big room of ******* trying to plan a meeting which will schedule a meeting for ideas on how the next meeting will be formulated to collect ideas noted at the next meeting and scheduled for the next.

    Richard, we are talking abt participatory planning that calls for wider consultation to harmonise ideas. it is not abt abundant resources. No nation developd without a long term plan.

    Don't use the offensive word "dumb" for describing the Deaf. The "honorable and respected" word should be "Deaf"
