Does he think there should be a written policy to lend credence to the fact that, his gov't has and is sabotaging, jamming and blocking the radio and satellite frequencies of radio stations during interviews and other such communication efforts by Nana Akufo Addo?

I have had my satellite signals jammed on uncountable occasions while watching ordinary programmes ranging from documentaries through movies to cartoons...thank God I did not consult an NPP sympathizer on the possible cause.
