AFTER THEY SPEND MILLIONS TO GET INTO POWER, THEY WILL SAY THERE IS NO MONEY TO DO THIS OR DO THAT. WHY CAN'T THEY USE THOSE MILLIONS TO TAKE CARE OF THINGS AND LET PEOPLE SEE THAT THEY DO CARE AND THAT ALONE WILL GET THEM INTO POWER. WHEN WE ARE VOTING WE NEED TO REALLY ASK WHY THAT POLITICIAN WANTS TO BE IN POWER!

Kofi, you have asked a good question with a good suggestion but the whole reason is; the system of assert declaration as the main entrance into the office is either not enshrined in or is overlooked by our constitution. This is why I will for ever suggest that we do not need one-man presidency but a presidential committee that would control the day to day activities of a government in the country. As at now, that loop-hole is the sure banker for every crook to become rich within 24 hours. We need to think about this.

It is the responsibility of the Minister of Education that these students get the state of the art ICt and other facility to make their disabilities barable. GHowever it appears this is not the case Why?
