Sure, your parents opt to be amazing couple to you. Unlike others there are no ranges of possibilities for them because there are people of your age who did not have the opportunity witness how astonishing their parent would have been?
There are countless of children who have to grow without parent due to the misrule of father. There is one in particular who was plug out of her mother in the night to be shot and burn (remember the lady who was killed among the judges).
There children would have experience the same extreme surprising or impressive relationship your parents are having. However, they can’t or couldn’t because their parent lives were cut short by your father senseless killing.

She is running on her own agenda but we cannot deny the facts that she is the same time enjoying the legacy of the parents especially the father,after all the NDC is the legacy of the parents,the name recognition alone is a HUGE plus for her,the father is very much liked among the Gas,they have a strong support among the Gas.
Only people not in their right minds will say the coming of Rawlings was bad for the country,we all know how Ghana was before he came,we all hail him as a hero,that is why Ghanaians call him JUNIOR JESUS,he did not give that name to himself,that is the fact.

About the issue of not contesting in the Volta region,that is her choice but the reason she gave was wrong,saying she does not live there and doesn't speak the language is out of place,when the father first came he could not speak the language very well but as time goes by he is able to speak well now because he leant it fast and since women acquire language faster than men she could have learnt fast while representing the people,if she is serius to learn it,she doesn't have to speak the language before they elect her,she is from there and most of the MPs from the Volta region don't live in the region or were not living in the region before they were elected,almost all live or were living in Accra before contesting the election,the locals rather either don't contest or hardly win the nomination,not living there is no excuse.
