  What use can a person like this offer to the State. Someone who stole money and caused financial lost to the State as a head of government institution is now cleared to contest with the ticket of NDC. If Ghana was a serious country the right place for this man should have been in jail. No wonder NDC doesn't get nothing right.
  Imagine what this man will do when he goes to parliament?

  He was clear to contest primaries of all corrupt charges include embezzlement and steal state cars and bring flesh ideas of corruption.Anyway according to Rawlings NDC are made up of thiefs and criminals
