More grease to the elbows of Anas and his colleagues. What they are doing is highly recognized across the globe and they have my strong support and stringent backing. Whilst a lot of countries are finding means to make life meaningful for its future generations, corruption is setting us way backwards because, I guess our leaders do not have visions at all. Akosombo Dam for instance is already 50 years old and I am afraid that even most of the engineers are no more living. We cannot even do maintenance on it, how much more to find alternate means to cope up with the growing demand of electricity? This is simple statistics. A big shame on all our previous governments and I can categorically say that they are short-sighted. No exception whatsoever! They only think of short term with greediness, jealousy, selfishness and of course stupidity. Our officials just have qualifications on paper but practically, they are a hollow sham. What a disgrace! In my opinion, Anas should be given a high level protection otherwise I will say the government is not pleased with his actions and sacrifices. Unless we find ways to eliminate corruption, in every sector of the society, we will still be at square one. Period. School building commissioning, fine. Any employment opportunity after school completion? If not, then it is not necessary. FIRESTONE TIRE FACTORY in the Western Region is a mere white elephant whereas it could have been a resourceful employment avenue for the average Ghanaian. What a shame! Let us all join hands with future generations rather future elections because "country broke, no broke, we all dey inside.

DEAR READING PUBLIC OF GHANAWEB.COM,
IT IS A TRITE KNOWLEDGE THAT HER LADYSHIP CHIEF JUSTICE OF GHANA GEORGINA THEODORA WOOD HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO INVESTIGATE REPORTS MADE TO HER OFFICE AND ANAS REPORT IS NO EXCEPTIONS, THERETO.
THAT HER LADYSHIP CHIEF JUSTICE OF GHANA GEORGINA THEODORA WOOD CANNOT SHELVE THE ANAS REPORT AS OTHERS ARE DOING ABOUT OTHER REPORTS DULY REPORTED TO THEM.
HOWEVER, THE JUDGES, MAGISTRATES AND JUDICIAL STAFF ACCUSED BY THE ANAS SECRET VIDEO REPORT ALSO HAVE AS THEIR LEGAL RIGHTS TO RAISE PRELIMINARY OBJECTIONS TO THE REPORT ON GROUNDS WHETHER THE SECRET VIDEO REPORT OF ANAS SATISFIED THE CONSTITUTION,LAWS AND RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, EVIDENCE AND EXCLUSIONARY EVIDENCE RULES BEFORE THE ANAS REPORT COULD OR CAN BE ACCEPTED FOR FURTHER JUDICIAL INVESTIGATIONS.
THAT IF THE ANSWER TO THE ABOVE LEGAL ISSUES RAISED IS YES THEN THE REPORT CAN OR COULD BE PROCEEDED ON. HOWEVER, IF THE ANSWER SIMPLY IS "NO" THAT ANAS SECRET VIDEO REPORT HAS NOT SATISFIED THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAW THEN THAT IS THE END OF THE MATTER.
THAT THE BEST SCENARIO CASE TO BE DONE TO MY RESPECTFUL VIEW IS THE NEED FOR "JUDICIAL REFORM", THERETO.
THAT NO MATTER THE GOOD INTENTIONS OF ANAS TO EXPOSE CORRUPTION MAY OR MIGHT BE BUT FOR THE MERE FACT THAT THE PROCEDURE HE USED WAS FATAL TO THE LAWS OF GHANA NO LEGALITY CAN RESULT OUT OF HIS FINDINGS, THERETO.
THAT IT BEHOOVES ON ME TO STATE AND TO SUBMIT EMPHATICALLY THAT "THERE IS NO WAY THAT I WILL CONDONE CRIMINAL RELATED WRONG-DOINGS BUT IT ALSO BEHOOVES ON ME AS A LAWYER TO BE SEEN TO PROTECT, DEFEND AND UPHOLD THE RULE OF LAW".
THAT IT IS THE PRINCIPLE ALSO OF THE AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION THAT "DEFENDING LIBERTY, PURSUING JUSTICE" AND THAT GHANA MOTTO IS "FREEDOM AND JUSTICE" AND FOR THAT MATTER IT BEHOOVES ON ME TO STAND FOR "FREEDOM AND JUSTICE" AND TO CALL ON ALL MEMBERS OF THE LEGAL PROFESSION TO BE MINDFUL OF OUR ANNUAL EVENT ON THE LEGAL PROFESSION CALENDAR AND NOT TO BE SEEN TO LOSE SIGHT OF IT".
THAT THE PERPETRATORS OF THAT HEINOUS CRIMES ALSO LEVELED SAME ACCUSATIONS AND MURDERED AND BURNT OUR BELOVED JUDGES AND ARMY OFFICER IN A COLD BLOOD. THAT THE THEN GOVERNMENT OF THE DAY TOOK STRINGENT ACTIONS AGAINST THOSE WHO PERPETRATED THE HEINOUS CRIMES BECAUSE OF THE "MODUS OPERADI" THAT ADOPTED.
THAT WE ALL KNOW AND AWARE OF THE STORY AND IF AS LAWYERS WE CAN STAND AGAINST WRONG PROCEDURES ADOPTED BY ANAS AND JUST FOLLOWING THE EVENT AND LOSING SIGHT OF PAST EVENTS THEN IT TAKES COURAGE AND STRENGTH TO STAND TO DEFEND THE RULE OF LAW AND THAT EXACTLY I INTENDED TO DO, THERETO.
THAT THERE IS INTERNATIONAL NEWS ITEM THAT "SOME MASKED MEN MURDERED SOME PEOPLE IN HOLLAND" AND WHAT GHANA HAS TO SAY ABOUT THE MASK OF ANAS?
THAT I RESPECTFULLY LEAVE IT FOR YOUR OWN BEST JUDGEMENTS, THERETO.
RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED.
GOD BLESS GHANA AND AMERICA.
VERY TRULY YOURS,
BENONY TONY AMEKUDZI, ESQ.

Look at an "ayigbe julor" lawyer knacking law 'thereto, hereto, heretofore, hereunto herewith, whereunto, whomsoever, whatsoever, and all the legal jargons to uphold and defend the indefensible, as if there were any laws in Ghana! Think and digest this!
Your arguments, my learned friend, seem to arch towards what, in law, is known as "invasion of privacy"
Is your argument herewith directed towards making a case that Anas should have sought permission from those scoundrels that he was going to videotape and audiotape them so they should put on their Friday Batakari and Wando to appear nice in the eye of the law?
Lawyer Benonny Tony Amekudzi, don't waste your breath defending those thieves and bribe-takers.
Let us not focus on the secret and clandestine acts by Anas. Let us rather scrutinize the cases they handled and the kind of judgment they delivered. See if you, as a lawyer, would have arrived at the same conclusions to let armed robbers off the hook as did those members of your ilk.

If individual could join, count me in. These crook judges and lawyers unlawfully took my babies from me without my knowledge. They didn't even contact me or my family. My ex paid them money and all I heard was your children belong to your ex. The judges and lawyers didn't even invite me, for me to give my side of the story, and when I tried to let them know what they did was unlawful none of them listened because I wasn't rich like my ex. Thru these evil judges I have been denied the joy of motherhood on earth. I will use everything to support these movement if you let me. I knew long ago they are crook greedy for money. They are not after justice but injustice and money. Even a child abuse case they still collect money and let children continue to suffer under rich cruel fathers and step mothers. A friend's child was abused by his father and step mother and this boy killed himself because the judges refused to serve the mother of that boy with justice. This woman was not as rich as her ex-husband and these stupid judges buried the truth and collected money from the man. The boy couldn't continue with these evil step mother and his real father and the boy killed himself.
