please you guys have to correct this mistake you keep making. There's nothing like three northern regions. We only have one northern region in Ghana with the capital been Tamale. Then we have Upper West and Upper East. We however have three regions in the northern part of Ghana ( the 3 regions in the north).

I agree fully with this recommendation from the prof. let take a look at all those who are appointed to head projects in the northern Rs, expecially our northern sibblings before appointment n after. Most of dem get wealth as if they won a maga lottor but their projects never mets their aims and objectives. Aside the monitoring let dem declear their asets before and after the projects.
